"Been going here for ten years, but the new managerial staff is terrible, so a new rating is merited. Front of house wait staff and bartenders are great, but if the kitchen gets an order wrong the managers will lie to your face about the plate. Tonight I ordered a dish with no cheese for my dairy allergy. There was an odd substance in the ribeye so I inquired about a mix up. My bartender was super helpful and understanding, but the kitchen and floor manager both lied about the contaminated dish, which left me short of breath and with severe respiratory and digestive pain. I hope the shift manager gets fired for such a disservice"

"Just relocated to Wilmington from Texas, and our first step was to find the local Liverpool pub. This one can’t be beat! Great food that’s restaurant quality, and I wouldn’t call ‘bar food.’ Bartenders are friendly and attentive, and they have a good whisky selection. This is quickly becoming our favorite local bar, and they bring in a fun crowd on game days."

"Stopped for a late lunch on a Friday, wasn't very busy. They have outdoor seating but we sat at a high top by the bar. I like seeing all the old wood & lighting fixtures. Cheeseburger was good, tasted like there was extra salt on it though. Salmon sandwich was very good and the fries were great & hot. Dislike getting lukewarm or cold fries! Brooklyn Summer Ale was so refreshing on a hot day."

"Finally found a good breakfast spot that actually seasons their food. Service was great. Manager came over and gave my kids some little ducks so extra points for that Husband and I got the breakfast skillet, one daughter got the crepes the other the pancakes If you get the pancakes note they are MASSIVE even for adults"
