Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

"We recently went to Red Robin for my birthday. We were the first customers in the restaurant. In looking around after we were seated, I was disgusted at how dirty the floor and everything was around us. I actually took pictures of it. There was food on the floor, broken glass from a mug or bottle, and much more. This tells me that the staff that closed the night before had not bothered to make sure they did their job and clean everything and staff that opened didn't look around and clean either. We ordered our food and when it came we were not happy at all. The water tasted like a dirty fish tank. I had the bacon fondue burger and the fondue sauce was ice cold. When I asked if the garlic fries were still a free option I was told yes, but when we received the bill, we were shocked to see we were each charged $2.89 extra for the garlic fries. I did not bother to even argue with the server because by this time I just wanted to get out of there. Just thoroughly disappointed!!!"

"My family and I came in at 830. I understand that it was a half an hour until closing but I had expected our normal Red Robin experience. We were sat and then our server told us that cleaning had happened early and only a handful of items were able to be ordered. Our server had to keep going to the back to ask if they were able to make things. The burgers we did order were good - but half of what we went for wasn't able to be ordered. Can't say I'll be going back for a long time if at all."

"I did enjoy myself here and the food was good. My server was nice and helpful. It was nice outside not too hot nor cold but they had that AC on freeze so I was a bit uncomfortable to eat. I like that they had specials and I always get the sweet potato fries because it's seasoned well and tastes great ."

"So the staff member waiting on us was pretty new, and because of that I won't give them a bad time. The truffle (?) fries end up being a bit cold because the cheese sauce they put on them is cold. To their credit, they did bring us out a new batch that were slightly warmer, but still a similar issue. They need to work on this. That's not a server and probably not an individual restaurant thing. It's probably a "corporate" thing. The drinks were good, my burger and side salad was good, and from what I could see, my friends enjoyed their salads. I'd give them another chance."
