"I'm not gonna lie they do be having good food and everything be frash for the most part but the wait time sometimes be questionable like there's no one at the window in front of you and yet they want you to wait for like two to three minutes while catching a mild attitude If not worse luckily I'mma come individual so I don't be looking for fights but worst case scenarios someone might want to start a fight or worse but just to recap Good food decent people attitude needs work"

"Nothing was orderly. Front door was broken, service was lousy. I has to sign a piece of paper showing I got my food.. but it was for verification for doordash... I didn't use Doordash I ordered my own food and picked up my own food.. very unorganized"

"Absolutely, hands down the worst place to go to. Flat sodas,hamburger on plain buns and half portions of fries. I will be telling and posting this on ever app and social media. Lower than Bottom level service. Every other checkers and ralleys through my life has been the best. Truly disappointed and discussed by the 1 restaurant. Bunch of idiots who are oblivious to anything and everything."

I haven’t had a single great experience at all at this store , since day one nothing but issues and issues and lack of customer service and milkshake machines always down!!! Orders never come complete!!!! Missing items ordered to complaints being filed and called to nothing getting done about it!!!! This store is a waste of space!!"

"Update: decided to give them another go since I was in the area. While the young lady at the counter seemed more interested in what was going on with her phone, eventually someone noticed me at the counter and took my order. This time, everything was on point. Food was fantastic. Will definitely return now. Especially for those fries! Second trip back: arrived when they first opened in the morning. Everything was on point. The fries were a little lackluster, but they were the first fries of the morning and the shortening was just getting heated up. Burger was delicious and right now they're running a promotion of two pies for $1. The outside of the pie was all brown sugar and warm spices and nice hot apple filling. Get you some of these, they're absolutely delightful. Was not aware of the long hours that this place is open. 4 am on a weeknight? 6 am on a weekend?! Nice place to grab munchies if you want something at 3 AM and nobody else is open."
