Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

"Weirdest, most aggrevating experience at my go to restaurant! I ordered a five entree take out order. They said it would be ready at 5:00 pm. I got there about 4:50, and went to the bar to get a Chianti while a waited. Wonderful! Very friendly bartender. At about 5:02, I went to the take out counter. My take out order was in a bag with my name on it behind the counter. Nobody was at the counter, but there were three people at the reception area. I told them that I wanted to pick up my takeout. They said someone would be right with me. Nobody came, as I stood there for 5 minutes waiting. I went turned back to the check in area (where 3 employees were standing), which is literally right next to the takeout counter. I said, my order is right there, can't I just pay and go. No, I'm sorry, they said, the take out guy will be right back. Another 6 or seven minutes pass. Again, I said to three people: Can't you just ring me up? My order is in that bag, and I have my payment ready. The young smug fellow said, I'm sorry, I'm not a take out specialist." I would assume that one of the most basic skills in the hospitality industry would be how to use a cash register! How much specialty training do you need to ring someone up Finally, their "specialist" decided to show up and take my payment. RIDICULOUS!"

"Our experience at Olive Garden celebrating my aunt's birthday was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to make the celebration memorable. As we sang "Happy Birthday," the entire team surprised us by coming out with a beautifully decorated cake for my aunt. Their genuine enthusiasm and smiles made her feel incredibly special. A special shout out to Kristin on how she managed our difficult crowd. The service throughout the lunch was outstanding; the waitstaff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring our glasses were always filled and that we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that satisfied everyone's taste buds. The ambiance was perfect for a family celebration, creating a festive and joyful atmosphere. The staff was also very accomodating for our vegetarian diets. What truly set this Olive Garden experience apart was the extra effort the staff put into making my aunt's birthday unforgettable. Their attention to detail and heartfelt gestures made us feel like valued guests. We left with full hearts and satisfied appetites, grateful for the wonderful memories created at Olive Garden. "We enjoy eating here with the endless soup and salad. We also ordered Chicken Alfredo and and it was delicious. Along with a meal, they had a deal to pick from four dishes to take home a partially cooked meal for yourself or another for only $6.00. It was a fantastic deal and a great way to bring a meal home for the kids or mommom . The meal was priced reasonably and loved the 6 dollar take-home meal as well. It's definitely a must if you have never been."

"Went for a quick Sunday lunch. The usual issue, not enough servers. Had to wait a little longer than usual but besides that all was well. Food was exactly as you'd expect from an olive garden. One thing I'd say is highly underrated : their iced coffee. It's fantastic."

"Had a great experience at Olive Garden.. We had salad and soup unlimited. Ordered the chicken parm that was cooked just right. The waiter was on top of our table and very pleasant. Will definitely be back."
