"Who ever the night crew is at this location SUCKS. y’all can’t give straws with your order or sauces with the fries ( I specifically put down sauce). The soda tastes like just seltzer with a bit of flavor. I’ve ordered from this location twice now and same result. The sandwiches are just a joke honestly cheese barely melted. Basically no sauce on that one sandwich."

"In whole, this was the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. We ordered and when we got in the car our order was wrong. We used the bathroom, and it had no toilet paper, and the toilet was disgusting. The staff looked like they did not want to be there. I would never go there again."

"This Wendy's is horrible. I think Wendy's is overall one of the better fast food restaurants - better, fresher more variety of food, but not this one! I don't think I've ever had a correct order from this location. I haven't been here in over a year, and figured I'd give them another chance. Big mistake. A very simple order - A single with cheese, mayo, lettuce and tomato and a small fry. Fries were cold and hard, no flavor. Burger had no mayo and limp lettuce, only the cheese and tomato was right. And the employees always look miserable, so it seems like they just don't care and it shows."

"I received terrible customer service at this place. I stood at the counter for several minutes without anybody noticing me to take my order. I repeated my order multiple times and they still screwed up my order. When I finally placed the order, it took forever for them to get it to me. It made me feel like I was an unwanted customer. The condition of this store is absolutely disgusting. There was food all over the floor in the kitchen. I understand that food spills from having worked in food service, but the condition of this store was absolutely disgusting."

"Everytime my husband and I go to this place we never know what will be missing! On top of the suuuuuuppppppppeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrr long wait time. We figure the food is good so we can wait. But, to constantly have our orders messed up? I just waited in drive through for 35 minutes just to get home and realize there isn’t any lettuce on my jr bacon or bacon for that matter? My fries are obviously recooked, “ I’ve worked fast food” so I know when the fries have been double dipped in grease! The worst part is I normally deal with it because the food taste good. But at this point the Wendy’s here in Dover on DuPont highway that’s connected to the gas station, I wouldn’t ever recommend going to unless you want mess up food, long wait times, or worker who are mad because they half to do their job! Enough is enough, we will not be getting food from Wendy’s EVER AGAIN!"
