"Isaiah is the best barber in the Smyrna/Dover area. I’ve had the privilege of receiving a cut from him for a few months now and I’m thoroughly impressed with his work. His skill with the clippers is great, but the true value is the customer service you receive. He’s always on time, greets you with a smile, gives a good chat (politics-sports-business), and very clean. I recommend him if your looking for the “better” barber."
