"I used to go to Moe’s all the time & never had any complaints but now it’s just a joke. Their advertisements are not at all close to the food you actually get. Chips used to be fresh but now taste like old stale chips that’s been left out for multiple days. The burritos used to be packed with flavor, which now is super small & bland. The bowls are outrageous, the amount of food you barely get compared to how much you spend. The food vs the portions vs the cost is just laughable. No one greets you anymore with the “welcome to Moe’s”. I wouldn’t eat here even if it was the last place on earth. I’d recommend going to chipotle, the food is way more flavorful & compared to their prices, no complaints with them."

"Ordered a chicken burrito with queso left with food poisoning. Also I got charged 4 dollars for queso on my burrito? I saw him ring it up as a side of queso, I didn't even bother saying anything to him, as I don't eat at Moe's often I wasn't sure if that was the right price. I am now sitting in my bed writhing in agony from the food poisoning I was given."

"This location is the worst! I placed an order and the food was so disgusting and inedible!!! After making a complaint about my experience with this location the manager Harsh called me to tell me that I didn’t get food poisoning from them and that they would not provide me with a refund. That’s fine I never asked for a refund. The manger slipped up and said that they didn’t want to have the health department come out again. Please take my advice and don’t eat here. If you’re in Delaware visit the Brandywine location where they are always friendly and the food is edible."

My partner picked up the food in the estimated time given when the order was placed. The orders were prepared properly and tasted fresh. The flavors burst. I certainly recommend this Moe's Southwest Grill location."

"Food is Hot & Tasty, Wide Beverage Selection, Atmosphere is Bright, Fun & Inviting, Music is Upbeat, TVs are easy to see anywhere in the restaurant. The only 2 problems were, it was short staffed with only 2 people, one counter, one grill. So the wait is a little longer. And the tables were dirty and sticky. Probably because the staff didn't have time to take care of customers and clean the dining room. Get an energetic 3rd staff member per shift, and this place would be just about perfect."
