"I always come late night on my way home from work and the line is always wrapped around the building. It is completely obvious that this overwhelms and angers the staff. But the place still runs smooth and the food still comes out good. You can hear the smartness of the staffs tone and know that if you f”@& around here, you will find out! But that’s as far as it goes. They still remain professional and respectful. So Great Job to the employees here!!!!"

"Normally I don't do reviews but I came here at 1am, an hour before they closed for a quick drive thru order. Granted I understand they were busy but they took 15 minutes per car to get to the 3 people ahead of me and by the time I got up to finally order after waiting for an hour is that they're closed 15 minutes before 2am. The least they could've done is come out and lt us know, I understand it's their job and it gets tough but some of us have pain staking jobs too and waiting for a quick bite before we go into our jobs is all the free time we have and they just wasted it. It's annoying."

"I work at Amazon overnight so I went to Taco Bell on my 30 minute break and I ordered on the mobile app so when I got there, I could be quicker in line when I got there. I still had to wait 20 minutes in line before getting my food when I got my food every taco in my box was wrong. I ordered nacho tacos and got regular tacos. I added sour cream on my tacos and got nothing added on them. I edit chipotle sauce on my gordita crunch, and got nothing on it by far the most unprofessional thing I’ve seen from a simple fast food job that most people should be able to work for some though I’m talking about the night shift of October 8 at 10 o’clock at night"

"I ordered from UberEats, the app option was kinda confusing that caused ordering not the way I wanted. But the store manager was very friendly to explain the issue and replace the whole order for us. Very happy with the customer service experience!"
