"This location is a hit or miss when it comes to the food. Sometimes food comes out fresh and hot, and other times not so great! Customer service lacks very much, at this location, I always feel rushed when ordering and I always know what I want before placing my order, staff are not so pleasant and welcoming, and the manager Kim is just down right rude. Overall, this location is ok!"

"On Jan 14th at 2pm I went to Burger King in Smyrna delaware. The manager at the drive through was very unfriendly, rude and was rushing me to get my order. I told her over the intercom that she was rushing me and asked her to stop being unfriendly. She told me she didn't have to take my order if I wasn't happy. I told her I needed her name and at that point she declined my order. It got me very upset so I went inside to tell her how I felt about her customer service and her unprofessional attitude. I don't understand why a manager feels like she has the right to be so unfriendly and welcomes conflict with her and her customer rather than deescalating the situation. I thought maybe it was me but then I went online to check reviews on Google and Facebook about this place and it seems this place has really bad customer service, the reviews are bad and it reflects on how I was treated tofay. I am really reconsidering ever ordering food from there again like many who already decided to stop going there. It's a new burgerking here in smyrna and the people in this town did not expect this type of treatment. That manager should get fired. I'm expecting an apology from her and maybe I'll apologize too about my choice of words. I am expecting to hear back from someone about this."

"I ordered a plain cheeseburger for my son. When we parked, the cheeseburger was not plain, and the fries were only warm. I went in and nicely informed them that the sandwich was incorrect. The manager was cold and seemed offended but made a new sandwich. The worker from drive thru was talking about me under her breath. Thus was the 1st time I had ever gone there and will certainly be my last. They offer nothing special to put up with immature behavior!"

"Horrible food, even the fountain drinks were awful. All the food came out incorrect. Ask for extra tomatoes get none, ask for no mayo get extra mayo. Ask for the onion rings, get fries. Long hair in the chicken sandwich. We were all guys with short hair. Disgusting."

"Went with some friends for the ghost pepper burger. It wasn't cooked well and was a mess. I asked if I could have a cup of some of the ghostpeppe sauce something I did at two other burger kings with no issue. I was told it's a spread not a sauce. I asked again if I could have a cup of the "spread" was told no and that I should know what something is if I ask for it. I felt dumb and won't be returning to this location."
