"Bought $20 worth of food, the only thing that was hot was the fries,burgers were wrong,no bacon,or lettuce, meat was cold,in general the meal sucks, tried to call the store, no answer after trying for 30+ minutes,rings then hangs up,had to go on line for a phone number,none on the receipt, no offers for meals and the counter girl was more occupied with her phone and chit chatting with her friends, avoid this place, there are several places in the same parking lot with better service, I'LL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!"
"Avoid this highway rip off joint. This so-called BK does not accept BK gift cards. What?? The locked bathrooms require an access code (seriously, this isn't "the projects", a homeless camp, nor a high-crime area). The bathroom was not clean (pubic hair ON the sink). Plus, they didn't get our order correct the first time. They rip you off by giving you a "value" size drink cup as a "small", but since I visit several BKs, that trick was obvious. They didn't have a Freestyle soda mountain like most BKs... just a limited old fashioned soda fountain. I should have followed my instincts and just gone to the Chick-fil-A right next door or several other nearby competitors to get better service and clean bathrooms. I won't visit this loser BK again."
"The lady behind the corner had zero social decorum, doesn't actually listen to the customers, and speaks in a condescending tone the entire time. Just wanted some food for my family, not an attitude."
"Been here quite a few times with a not so pleasant experience. This time a young man by the name of Eduardo had helped me. He was kind, I had a question on the menu, he answered and even made a simple recommendation. Fries were super hot but that’s not a complaint. I think he was a manger but good to see BK really put someone in place that didn’t seem like they were just trying to finish another hour. Thanks Eduardo!"
"Save yourself the headache with this location, whatever you do, don’t go. They are option for mobile ordering didn’t even exist, although I was still allowed to place my order and get charged. Ordered my food, entire order incorrect. Had to go back in twice to fix. To put a bow on all of their excuse of a chicken sandwich was two chicken tenders with two top buns (see photo). An absolute waste of money. Again, save yourself the hell and go to a different location."
