"The food was great but customer service was awful. The guy that took the order was screaming at us where to order and after we paid, they gave us only one cheesesteak instead of 2 how we ordered. Very disappointed in customer service. You could improve that"

"The young gentleman who prepared our subs was so kind. He was preparing lots of subs and doing great. It appears that more people need to be hired or given more duties because this young boy was handling many of the responsibilities as I assume the manager was just piling on doordash orders without offering any help. This young boy was doing great and hopefully he can get some help as he was doing an excellent job!"

"Always a big fan of Jersey Mikes. My wife isn’t much of a sandwich person, but she was able to find something on the menu that she enjoyed. Even my kids scarfed down all their food. The staff was also friendly and very efficient. Definitely the best chain sandwich shop out there."

"Sub was fine, but the bathrooms at this locations were horrid, urine all over the seat, back of toilet and wall, and before you say it could have just happened, the amount of grime build up in there was disgusting. Sinks were even dirty so how are employees effectively washing hands."

"A little disappointed with my food this time. Usually everything is on point. My Italian was great as always but the cheese steak was very greasy, dripping actually and it wasn't even cut in half. That was probably an accident but they weren't that busy. So i don't know what happened. Service was great and the place was clean as usual. We will definitely be back."
