"Most of the employees are courteous. However the fact that they are constantly out of items is aggravating. Ever since they have reopened after the recent remodel they do not have Milkshakes or Frappes.Thats been over 2 months now! It's ridiculous!!!!!! Because of this reason alone my entire workplace now do our breakfast run at Wawa. Which is daily. Since we can't get the drinks/coffees at McDonald's we just avoid them altogether. And our orders everyday is never less than $100.00 for everyone's orders. That's everyday. So until that's fixed we won't be returning to McDonald's."

"UPDATE: I feel it necessary to edit my previous review to note that I went in to order today and experienced the pleasure of meeting employee Joseph at the register. Wow, what an asset to this place. He is beyond pleasant and helpful and attends to dine-in customers as though he's working at a full-service restaurant. I watched a table of 2 men send him running back and forth at least 3 times...straws, syrup, napkins (things most people would get up and grab for themselves) and Joseph graciously fulfilled their every request with an amazing attitude. He was very attentive taking orders, making sure the customers got exactly what they wanted and had a continuous smile on his face. Joseph if you see this, get a job at a restaurant where you work for gratuities, because you'll make a killing with your service and personality! Any business would be lucky to have you on staff! This McDonalds is by far the most inconsistent one in the area. The wait is sometimes super long at the drive-thru in the morning due to ONE person working, the prices are higher than any other nearby McD's, and the service isn't great. The workers are friendly, but the food is never the same and I never get napkins and other drive-thru basics. I'll be avoiding this one and I'm a daily Mcdonald's customer because I eat their oatmeal for breakfast. I know not to expect a fine dining experience, but a napkin or a spoon would nice. Thankfully, I only drive this direction to work one day a week. The Rehoboth and Long Neck restaurants have much better service and my total for 2 oatmeals in Rehoboth is $4.98 compared to $6.79 at the Georgetown location!"

"NO employees acknowledge you . They will walk past you and purposefully not look at you and spens 15 minutes putting 3 items into the doordash bag. Always 15 minutes late from the pickup time for doordash and they never even start the order until you tell them youre here for pickup. All minorities all additude problems will quickly curse at you if you ask a simple quesrion. And they will make you stand to the doordash pickup side and will not tell you your order is ready behind the counter unless u wait 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge you waiting then theyll hand the bag to you right away. Wasting 10 15 mknutes because nobody simply cares whatsoever is a giant ghetto mess store needs to be completely fired ans retrained. Mind you this is never during rushhour either. Its pure lazyness and lack of responsibility from these highschool age workers who cryabout needing raises . What a joke"

"It's McDonalds for goodness sake. A 3 stars rating is my tops for food and atmosphere. but they're awesome there on Kent Island. Restrooms were clean, people were friendly. Easy to get in and out."

"The employees at the drive thru are very nice and friendly. I ordered the fish filet with sweet tea, and the meal was warm and fresh fries were so good as always. The restaurant inside looked clean and bathroom was cleaner than expected."
