"This AMC is absolutely horrible. Outdated uncomfortable seating. The bathroom filthy. Every trashcan was over running. Trash all over the floor. No soap no paper towels. The theater itself I'd filthy. There's trash and popcorn everywhere. The theater was empty and not surprising. They need to invest in cleaning the place up and maybe updating it. They're losing business"

"Will definitely go again!! Ever since I moved to Philly, I haven't gone to movies because I heard horror/disgusting stories about how seats smell like piss and the floor is sticky; the screens are small; and everything is just rundown and shady in general... I heard this was true especially at the AMC by Temple U. Then recently my friend took me to AMC Cherry Hill after a little excursion in Cherry Hill Mall, and this was a pleasant surprise! The facility seemed a little rundown but kept clean and nice. No funky smell. It was not too packed with crowds, but also not entirely empty. This may be because of the time & date I chose to go (-- Sunday 3pm; tickets were cheaper for showings around this time). The staff members were really friendly and patient with me. The one who checked my movie ticket let me grab a handful of Taylor Swift posters that were free to take. Not many options at the snack bar, but if you get a cup for soda, you can get refills at the soft drink dispenser as much as you need. Spacious parking lot (no roof or parking tower; this is just a parking lot) right outside the theater. Wheelchair accessible."

"Saw MI part 1 in the most uncomfortable theater I have ever been in. It was as if I was in an airplane seat. No leg room and narrow. The popcorn was also not crispy, big thumbs down,"

"It’s a large theater and has potential….but man is it dirty in here. Popcorn on the floor almost wherever you go, drinks spilled, stains on things. I felt like I didn’t want to touch anything in there. Even the seats felt kinda gross to sit in AND the seats were very small in the theater and close together (good luck if you have wide hips). They need to hire more staff to help keep such a large place presentable."
