While we are waiting we see the same employee walk out of the restaurant, into her car, and drive away. 20 minutes later we are still waiting, so my husband goes inside. There is no employee, and he can see our food sitting in the fryer basket. Five minutes later, the employee walks back into the restaurant. We ended up requesting a refund and leaving as our food is now cold. We will not be returning to this location."
