"I’ve bin trying to get in touch with the rental office to see about the status my application. But the people there are rude. I’ve called multiple times With no response. And the last time I called the guy Dan answered then hung up after I said it’s me."
"I moved in January of 2015 and I never have hot water. I've called and been told they will send someone out and they never do. Just recently I didn't have ANY hot water not even luke warm water and was told I had to wait there were no emergency maintenance personnel on call. So my family and I had to shower in ice cold water in 30° temperatures. They advertise free heat and hot water but what they decline to tell you is the hot water BARELY works. I am in the process of seeking legal advise on this matter since it's been a whole month and I never get call backs or work order notices and it's obvious they don't care because the hot water is still never available. Don't waste your money moving here!"
