"The App works well. My family and I are consistent patrons. Prices got a bump up after returning from Covid shutdown (now $17) which is disappointing... I'd rather help the staff thru my tips instead. Update1: under new management. Price increase. Now $19 for regular haircut... Update 2: Now $22 for regular cut. :( Cuts have been good though, so I increased my rating by 2."

"I come back from one of the worst haircut experiences of my life. I asked for a 1 to 1.5 inch trim. Throughout the enitre cut, my stylist had a very prevalent stench of smoke. She tried talking to me in a very demeaning and sassy manner, which only made me more uncomfortable. The other stylists in the room started gossiping about past customers which was pretty uncomfortable considering they could be gossiping about me at any time. When she finally finished doing my 1 to 1.5 inch trim, it turned out that she gave me the equivalent of a bowl cut. She gave me a bowl cut in response to me asking for a slight trim. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this establishment."

"Even though I don't live in the area anymore, I still stop here whenever I am visiting to get my hair washed. I deal with some hardships when it comes to hair washing, and the stylists here have always been so wonderful and welcoming all the years I've been coming. I always feel so much better when I leave.
