"Extremely disappointed! I made an appointment with Jess on August 18th for a wash, trim, and blow out for a wedding that I am attending on September 9th here in Bethany Beach. I have confirmed this appointment numerous times, as they keep texting me to confirm. Most recent confirmation was yesterday, 9/8. Today, 9/9, the day of the wedding, I received a call from the salon telling me they have cancelled my appointment, and need to reschedule. This happened 50 minutes prior to the appointment! I told the person calling that this hair appointment was for a wedding this afternoon. Her reply was an irritated, "Sorry". Now I have to try to do my hair myself, without the hair products I would have brought with me from home. I had my own dog grooming business for over 26 years, and I never canceled appointments with people last minute. "Sorry" doesn't cut it! I cannot recommend this salon to anyone. Obviously, they are not concerned about customer service at all, and are not dependable!"

"I am new to the area and looking for a place to get a good hair cut. The greeting from the receptionist, for a new customer, was disinterested at best and I almost felt like an annoyance to her. The stylist was friendly but did not wash my hair prior cutting my hair and cut my hair dry. I get a crew cut so there were little pieces of cut hair left all over my head. The stylist didn’t brush them off and a wet cut would have prevented most of that. I had to shower when I got home to get all the hair off. They also did not level up my sideburns and I had to ask for my neck to be trimmed. I would not recommend this place for a men’s cut."

"Jenna cut and styled my granddaughters hair. As with most young girls, she is very particular about her hair. Jenna was patient and listened. She gave her a great cut. She absolutely loves it. We will be sure to return to Salon 26. Thank you Jenna!"
