"I moved out of the apartment (Greylock 209) on May 3rd. According to the lease, they had to return my safety deposit within 30 days. Now is Aug 1st. I still did not receive it after communicating with them several times. They gave me tons of excuses. The most recent one is there were bedbugs in the unit and they had to use the deposit for the treatment. When I moved into the unit with my furniture, there was no bed bug for months. I was bitten and found a bedbug after a mouse appeared in my unit. The bedbug must be from the mouse. I have stayed in the US for years, in this apartment, it was the first time I saw a mouse and bedbug in a room where I lived. I called the management office and they sent someone to do the pest control and bedbug treatment. I heard from tenants of other units and read reviews online that this apartment had the bedbug/mouse issue for a long time. I am the victim of this apartment. I was not only bitten by bedbugs and had to throw away some of my clothes. I did not ask for compensation from the apartment. It is not fair that I was charged for their failure in maintenance. This is my expereince. If you want to rent here, you have to consider these may also happen to you."
