"Understaffed and show clear obvious favoritism for regulars. Messed up my hair after eight months of growing out my bangs. They look exactly how I was afraid they would come out. I asked for them to be a bit thicker and she just pulled over some hair and ruined the whole shape I wanted. She was clearly rushing to get to the next customer.
