"The clinical instructors should have stepped in my hair looks TERRIBLE !!! Got charged an insane amount of money for them to DESTROY my hair the toner looks terrible and is SO SPOTTY… I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE… THIS IS A SAME DAY PHOTO !!! Was there from literally 9am till 2:30 FIVE HOURS.. This may be a harsh review but more then one instructor came by and saw what was happening and not ONE stopped to try to fix it they just kept telling her what to do EXCEPT ONE MRS. LAURDLE (probably spelt her name wrong) WAS LITERALLY THE ONLY ONE WHO WAS NICE,PROFESSIONAL, AND HELPFUL!!!"
"This was my first if I’m sure many encounters at this Institute of Cosmetology. My stylist was Danielle and I came for the Queen for a day package that I saw in the Money Mailer. Her instructor and herself quickly realized I would be a better candidate for Duchess for a day which included shampoo, deep conditioner and hair cut, facial, manicure and pedicure. I also elected to add an eyebrow and lip wax. All services were extremely reasonable and under the supervision of a licensed instructor. I had a few hours worth of pampering which felt good and they followed very strict Covid protocols. I felt completely safe and at ease in their facility. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
