"I Called to inquired about 2br apartment Ms.Maribel I am assuming she said her name was. Automatically assumed that I could not afford full rent of 2br.. wasted no time telling me it's for the next person on the waiting list..she proceeded to tell me how long it was and what my income has to be for me to simplify for an apartment at this point knew nothing about my income..I informed i make very well over 30k a year but she assume yet again that i required subsi which I wouldn't qualify for as I make over the cap. This is disturbing very disturbing I am simply seeking an apartment I am not seek something I do not qualify for."

"I have been calling this place for weeks left multiple voicemails no phone has been returned yet I even sent an email explaining the situation and no response to the email or the little form on the website either. Obviously I’m sure everyone can agree how frustrating this can be when reaching out to find a rental and calls and messages are not returned."

"I am a college student that works full time and I’m looking for affordable housing that’s closer to my university. This place has the easiest location for me to commute. I have been calling and putting in inquiries but no one gets back to me it seems like such a hassle to get help from this place."

"So I do live here don’t get me wrong but I have problems with people not telling visitors to park where they are suppose to park this happen Monday as well talk to the manger nothing got done now it’s the weekend and they are not here for me to say something so I have to wait on Monday. It’s very frustrating to me to have to do something about this I have to wait till this person goes to see what happens"
