"I've been here for 6 months and have had no heat on the coldest winter days, no hot water on 4 separate occasions, no water AT ALL on 2 due to bad plumbing (though this was admittedly fixed within hours), and various parts of the apartment are already falling apart. You get practically no response from the owners or management, and when you actually do catch them on the phone, they feed you lip service until you hang up. (I was promised a screen door for my balcony on move-in day and have been told it was ordered and on the way 2 separate times, well over a month ago.) When I moved in, the very charismatic property manager noticed my hesitance due to bad reviews and promised to take care of any issues I had. As you can see, this did not happen. These apartments are spacious and livable, but the rent is WAY too high for the poor quality of maintenance. If you're in a bind and absolutely can't find anywhere else, welcome to Lori Apartments, I guess. Otherwise, keep looking. (I was originally going to post this review months ago but held off on good faith. I just finished yet another cold shower and tried to wash clothes only to find the washer not working yet again - it's broken more often than it works - so that good faith is now dead.)"

"Every other week I don’t have hot water and can’t get it fix until the next day most times! Just imagine not being able to shower when you need to .... and when my neighbor turn on the water upstairs my water gets hot or cold."
