"We ordered on the Taco Bell App for pickup, and, surprisingly, our food was ready within 5 mins of ordering. Very fast service, and the food was good and hot. The Nachos, at first, looked a bit bare, with the meat, cheese, & sour cream (hold the guac!) seemingly not enough to cover all the nachos, but interestingly enough, I just chopped it all up with my fork, & it spread throughout quite nicely. It was actually very good. No complaints... except that they need to bring the fries back!"

"I bought a group package on 1/14/24 from Middletown de area taco bell. Added steak potato and rice to burritos. Cost 34.59. And did not get. Was meat and cheese. See pictures. Try to call. The picked up and left on counter. Never spoke on phone. Kept saying hello and several times yelling hello on phone. Then phone went dead. Try to call back and say busy after. I want Taco Bell to refund. Or call back"

"I waited from 8:20 to 8:50 on the drive thru for this. I only got the food at 8:50 because I left my car parked in the drive thru and walked inside (when I came back out the drive thru hadn’t moved). Just don’t go here the tomatoes were rotten and the lettuce was rotten. My meal tastes like it looks. I’m genuinely afraid they are getting people sick here. Will never return."

"First my order was wrong, I had to drive all the way back there. I ordered the 3 Doritos Locos Nacho....it's Taco shell with air and disappointment. Didn't someone recently sued this? I might need their lawyer, because this is absurd!!"
