"Food was good service was horrible. I went on on 10/21/23. I stood in the lobby waiting to be helped for 10 mins before taking my order. Employees return to work without washing hands and idk if it's the manager bust some lady with purple hair just obnoxious and rude. She doesn't need to be management"
"Not a bad Hardee's experience but not great either. They were a bit short staffed but the two workers did a great job getting some delicious food made as soon as they could. The interior was dated and the soda machines ran out of ice. The bathrooms oddly had really loud music playing, and the urinal placement was really odd. But the food was really good and that's what mainly mattered."
"Manager was very rude when taking my order through the drive thru. When I ordered the chicken tenders platter she gave an audible sigh and groan. When I asked if I could switch the Cole slaw for something else she stated no we don't do that in a rude tone. The girl at the window was very nice. Not the same one who took my order. She could be seen in the background talking rudley to employees and waving her hands around emphatically in an agitated manner."
"The people were nice & friendly but the food was ok. Main problem was the tea, I order 3 sweet teas I did get to say the size before the young lady gave me what she wanted me to have, but I glad it wasn't the large size that I usually get as the tea was horrible! See through & Sugar water no tea flavor at ALL!"
