Wendy's

"We ordered breakfast on the app. Used the drive thru for pickup. We were asked to pull into a mobile order spot, but that was ok because we planned on eating in the car anyway. The food came out quickly and was very hot and fresh. Service was friendly."

"Absolutely the most horrible service!! I've worked at fast food restaurants for over 20 years. It's not a difficult job!!! I waited over 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. There were a lot of employees up front and not one employee said a word to me. They were all concerned about pick up amd drive thru orders. The management is horrible. They should of had a designated employee working the front register only. A fry person(which they had) a sandwich maker( which they had) and another employee bagging food(management) The front register employee obviously had issues working the front register. When she did take my order she put her arms and hands on top of the register and look at me and said I quote " is this for here or to go?" Not a hello, sorry for the wait, or Hi how can help you today? It was extrememly rude. As I was waiting for someone to take my order a big group of people came in. It still took that employee at least 5 minutes to take my order. I really don't know how long I would of waited if it weren't for the big group coming in the door. That manager(she was useless) that was on the floor should of told that employee to take orders. Because she obviously didn't want to. People that work with the public need to be more compassionate. I will never go back Wendy's! EVER!!! I was picking up 2 Jr cheeseburgers, 1, 4 pc nugget and 3 small fries and 3 small chocolate frosties. They were for my grandgirls or I would of left!"

"First time in months that I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It's my favorite Chicken Sandwich but what me and my boyfriend got tonight is by no means close to what I use to get when ordering it. In both Sandwiches there was barely no Actual Chicken Meat in there not to mention the edges where hard. They were the worst Spicy Chicken Sandwiches we have ever had. Not sure why the chicken was flatten to a paper thin piece then fried and over fried cause that is not how the Sandwich is supposed to be."

"I have reviewed this place before, and it has been amazing....until I ordered delivery yesterday. So I placed an order for delivery...an Asiago chicken combo and a Big Bacon Classic combo, and a medium frosty, pretty easy, right?? Wrong!!! The food was cold, didn't have the extra items on there that I asked for including the bacon on the burger when I tell you they are cold, they looked like they were made the day before and just sent in the bag. And don't forget the fries... they were cold, hard, and really inedible. And finally I ordered a frosty which the delivery driver had no clue about...when I took my order in, the drinks were without ice and warm. I even asked the driver where my frosty was, and he was clueless. So I called the restaurant and complained about my order. I had taken pictures so they would understand how I felt, and I will place them below. The woman Debbie that I talked to blamed it on the delivery driver but there is no way that ordering 30 minutes before he arrived could have produced such sandwiches and food....and she said for this time only she would remake my order but I would have to pick it up....that kind of defeats the purpose of delivery. Needless to say, I will be finding a new Wendy's because this one has lost my business for good. I felt like no one cared that I had spent a bunch of money in there, but no more. Word of advice...never order delivery from them....EVER!! You will never know what you are being served..."
