Penns Grove Gardens

"They get your hopes up for a place then say that your on a list based off your income then when it's your time to be put into a place they deny you. I have never had that problem ever with housing. They make it seem like you're getting the place when they deny you from jump but to avoid breaking the law they wait until after you have been put through that's very sad and misleading. They will make it seem like you're the problem when really your not. I have been on this list now for about 3 years and yes they have had tons of empty apartments."

"They will literally kill you. A neighbor wanted her locks changed because she a had a restraining order against her ex. They would not change the locks and he came in and killed her and their kids. It’s all over the news! This is sooo sad and preventable!"

"Read national news story how apartment management refused to change locks when ex husband threatened lives of mother and kids…they were informed of restraining order and still did not change locks…he gained access w keys and killed the mother and kids. Everyone needs to be fired and jury needs to award $10 million plus to estate of mother. Put these clowns and management co. Out of business."
