"I had a phenomenal 5 star experience with Brittany Coco the leasing agent who was responsive, transparent, flexible and altogether pleasant to work with! She is amazing! The location and apartment is phenomenal. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars would be that upon move-in not everything was cleaned like under the oven or air filter/fan in the bathroom, however I have new carpet and clean kitchen which is beautiful. After the first week, I had an ant infestation due to some food that was not cleaned under oven however maintenance is as timely as they can be and helped me out when the outside source (NOT Aston Pointe) of pest control was late. The rest of my experience so far as a new renter has been exceptional! Thank you so much to Brittany Coco and Eric from maintenance!!! You have gone above and beyond for me! Thanks again!"
