"I do not recommend this place whatsoever. Just another money-hungry leasing company that does not care about its tenants. Headaches upon headaches. The space is nice, but they never fixed our dryer in the multiple months we repeatedly notified them in- we had to get it fixed. It's in the Delaware landlord tenant code that the cost should come out of rent, but they threatened to evict for it. Heat wasn't fully functional (heated a bit but it stayed around 62 in our apartment no matter what it was set to) for multiple weeks in October. Despite repeated requests for it to be repaired, it took the department of health coming in for routine inspections for changes to occur. They decided that you should only access your apartment building through an app called Paxton Key. Aside from a basic google search on the company noting bugs, issues, AND that they collect your data (invasion of privacy!!), what the hell do you do if your phone dies or is stolen? As well, despite stating clear disinterest in using the app and begging for an alternative (phyisical key, passcode, anything), they still gave my information to the company without my consent. Listen, the space is nice enough, but for the price it isn't worth the constant uphill battle. Don't move here if you want working appliances, drains that drain, or a company that sees you as more than an added buck to line their yachts with. They'll probably say 'your name isn't a resident'-- but honestly, I fully believe they would retaliate, so who in their right mind would say all this with their name? Edit: As you can see by the reply, this is the type of place to interpret your statements to best suit their most selfish needs. It's scummy to blame maintenance for this. We reached out to the leasing agents' email many, many times. Maintenance didn't choose an invasive key system, upper management did. Maintenance couldn't buy the dryer parts without approvement from upper management. Maintenance didn't attempt to evict after we rightfully followed the Delaware landlord tenant code. And to be clear: "enjoying the community" is such a gracious interpretation of how miserable it has been to live here. Don't move here."
"Good sales and management associates. Maintenance team tries hard job!. Biggest complaint is checklist to move in was ignored or glossed over. One basic I did not have for 2 weeks. Washer Dryer. Also my bathroom flooded because sink dripped at night and MP drain did not handle DRIP. Had to bring in professional to unclog. Managers aid at 8am... "that's why you have renters insurance" wrong! Should have fixed root cause you likely ignored at some point.. maintenance when changing over. Does water flow ok... Lessons Learned: don't lease site unseen. Don't live under anyone floor noice horrible. Door's don't lock people from everywhere hanging in hallways - i pay $1900 for short term lease can't wait to leave- horrible. More? Also if you like listening to neighbor play his beats out of trunk open 4 speakers or more at 12:40am and 4 hours while "working fom home". Come thru. Insane"
"Lady was amazing, went above n beyond to make us comfortable! Showed us place, gave my dogs water n treats and us too! Apartment was not for me, the stairs n baseboard heaters were not going to work. But I loved this experience!!"
"I moved in a few weeks ago. First, Holly in the leasing office made the experience wonderful. She is kind, helpful, and responsive. When I moved in, the apartment wasn't quite ready. A few repairs and carpet cleaning still needed to be completed. The maintenance was done quickly the next day, and has been great since. The carpet cleaning has been a challenge. Overall, I enjoy the apartment and would recommend it, with a few suggestions for improvement."
