Hopewell Place Senior Apartments

"Worse place to live. Moved here June 2022. My air conditioner stopped working a month later, constantly being told it was gonna be fixed I live on the third floor. Never fixed it. It's now Sept gave me a floor unit that does not cool my bedroom is loud keeps me awake. Noticed housing authority still waiting to hear back from them if I can break my lease and move. Pool isn't accessible to use. Water stays contaminated have to buy water to drink & cook with. Washers & dryers are constantly broke & stay that way for weeks at a time before they get repaired! Courtyard is a mess & all of the amenities they claim to offer is a lie. This dump needs so many repairs it's unreal. The leasing manager NEVER leaves the office once she gets here to check anything. Tenants park where they're not suppose to & nothing is said to them about it!! It's dirty in the hallways this place is a mess!!!"
