"The manager Rena was very unprofessional. I had to keep reaching out to her to see the status of my application. I meant all the requirements that they requested. Explained to her that my previous landlord was a relative and she said that shouldn't be a problem, waited another two weeks for her to send me an email saying I was denied after she said I shouldn't have any problems. Terrible communication & was very short with the conversation."

"I was interested in renting from this company for a location in bridgeton nj. I called first to see what the qualifications were. The lady asked what I make a month, I went over my income with her. I expressed to her that I receive child support, only to add on to the income I already make. Immediately after I said child support she asked me do i have DRAMA. I said do I have what? She said DRAMA. I was so taken back by that. That was very rude and unprofessional. Not only rude and unprofessional, but it is also a violation in the fair housing act. It was not her place to ask me about my personal life. As long as I meet the requirements thats all you need to worry about. I dont care what happen in your previous experiences that has nothing to do with me. You cannot judge anyone or deny housing to someone because of a certain type of income they receive.I called to speak with the owner, left several messages but yet to speak with anyone."
