"Hope nails gives you hope again! Every nail salon I go to, I ask them not to buff the top my nails and they always do. They never listen, but when you go to hope. They always listen, they take very good care of your nails and give you great quality service. My nails stayed beautiful my entire trip to Nigeria! Plus 4 weeks after! ....It's family run and it's right in my hometown so I can even be more thankful or appreciative to this little piece of heaven. Thank you and your wonderful staff!!! ❤️ please stay forever!"

"I’ve gone to hope nails a few times and out of those few the only time I was ever happy was when I had Michelle. This past Sunday in went in just for a full set .. I wanted French but with a pink tip , I did not get Michelle. I figured no big deal I should be okay. My nail tech rushed and didn’t seem thrilled to even be there. She was very quiet and spent little to no time making sure my nails looked nice. ( she also painted my daughter nails ( she’s 4 ) and rushed right through them. I could tell they were going to be messy but didn’t want to cause a scene. I got to my car and just instantly knew this is not what i wanted and couldn’t believe they sent me on my way like this. Mind you , Michelle asked to see my nails before I left and made a face but didn’t say anything. I ended up going back in to ask them to possibly fix the shape , bulky ness , width and the polish that was almost see through because she only did one layer! She says no problem and we agree the pink wasn’t a good combination with the French pink underneath. So we do just original French. And still. I left with sloppy nails. The line where the French starts is so uneven. It looks like it was painted by a child. I will not be going back here."
