"This place is not where anybody wants to live in. This place is drug central and the landlords do not want to fix or take care of problems that rise in or around the complexes. The floors in some apartments break and bubbles up making it easy to fall and hurt yourself. You will be lucky if the landlords fix the floor after you mention it. I know someone who lived there and their ceiling started to fall and no one took care of it until they moved out and had to fix it for someone else to move in. Everyone who lives there wants to leave but can't until their lease is up. Cops come to this complex all the time due to drugs and fights. I would never suggest this place for anyone to live here. It is also NOT a middle class area either. If I could rate this at -5 stars I would."

"This is a small, quiet and peaceful apartment complex, close to public transportation and buisnesses. The complex is situated in a clean, peaceful middle class neighborhood. Also, 295 and N.J.Turnpike are inside of five miles."
