"we have live here for half year and everything is completely satisfying. Before we moved in we have looked a few other apartments and at last we decided to stay here. The apartments are away from noisy area but really close to any malls or grocery stores. Many residents walk outside with pets everyday, in the quiet neighborhood. The apartment is new and nice. we felt this definitely is the best apartment in the area."

"I moved in December 2023 and absolutely LOVE this place. Apartment is large with separate laundry room!! Grounds are implacably maintained at all times. Nice dog park and plenty of places to walk with your dogs."

"Emblem has been my home since 2020 and still counting its the best in the area when looking for a safe environment to live especially when raising young children. Well you know that saying you get what you pay for its worth every penny. The only thing this community is missing is a playground for younger children. This property is well maintained by the maintenance crew here by Ayatta and George these gentleman are on top of the service request. I have seen them as time goes on add new high end amenities such as the pergola for reading or lounge needs and upgrading the grill area just outside the pool area. In addition to adding a new electric car charging stations which is limited to 4 hours only each charge to ensure that everyone can equally use this amenity. The one thing I love most about this community is that all the residents are well involved in helping keeping this community clean and maintained which deters any potential mischief from happening from anyone in surrounding communities. The location is perfect you are walking distance from the fashion center and mall. The new staffing in the leasing office is very welcoming. I love the new property manager Roxann. She addresses all issues that come to her in a timely fashion. Her assistant manager Brittany is just as good if you need anything to be address she adheres to all policies and enforcing those rules. They also come up with neat ideas to get everyone involved with community events so that you may mix and mingle with your neighbors. If it’s roasting marshmallows by the outside fire pit, it’s evening gift wrapping in the leasing office. Just to name a few things. Emblem is where you want to be ! I hope you are able to get a better insight from my review and this helps you with choosing emblem as your forever home as I made it mine ."

"I have lived at Emblem of Christiana for 1 year and 3 miserable months. I pay $2300 a month to enjoy downstairs neighbors who blast house music at all hours of the day. I have made numerous complaints about it but it still has not been fully addressed to this day. Now I get to enjoy the ramifications of the incompetency with which this building was constructed as well as the incompetency of office staff. When this building was constructed in 2016, a pipe was cut. That pipe had been leaking inside the walls for 6 years and was only recently discovered by my lovely downstairs neighbors when it started leaking through their ceiling. So first I had to deal with the wall being opened a little and a musty, moldy smell for several days that I have no idea how hazardous it was. Then I had to deal with a company coming in to remove all the water damaged parts of the wall. I had noisy machines that made my apartment unbearably hot going at all hours. Now that portion of the work is done and I was told they entered the reconstruction portion of this work. The pictures attached are what my master bathroom looks like now. I have made calls to the office to try and get information on what is happening. No one there cares at all. I spoke to lovely Maria and Roxanne, neither of whom care in the least. Whatever you do, do not rent here. This is the most incompetently run, overpriced apartment complex you'll find for miles. I saw on apartments.com they're trying to rent for $2900/ mo now, too. Quite frankly, I would rather walk through the mall naked then pay $2900/ mo on this apartment. If you're smart, you will run for the hills."
