I’m using my platform to make awareness of this property that nobody should have to have to deal with the trauma or toxic environment of this apartment complex I had permission to post this information and was there to experience it for myself let me first say nobody on this earth should ever have to deal with this .. if your looking for a place in Newark Delaware to move into and be comfortable this isn’t the place you should be .. let me tell you why ..first they have bats ..yes I said BATS their rent is now lower then before because of the inflation of bats yes if you move in during the winter you won’t see them but you will hear them .. they will come out during June when it’s hot outside I will post pictures down below so you can see for your self and the property manager Rachel will never do anything about it .. she will be disrespectful and unprofessional and nobody should have to experience this in their life ..this property doesn’t need to be in the state of Delaware this unacceptable!!! Let share this make awareness of this property DONT MOVE HERE"

"I’ve been here for some years I like living here, but some of the stuff need to be clean in these buildings like the hallways but other than that I have no problems. What is it the people that they rent is not clean it’s not apartments it’s the people."

"These apt are a joke! Been dealing with mold, plumbing issues and now no hot water!!! They installed a eltrical device to save money on hot water! Itheres 1 hot water heater to share for the complex for multiple units. Under code enforcemtn for a rental unit u need to supple adequate hot water heat etc. They do not! They do not fully repair anything. Was told if want any repairs done needed to pay more money a month for repairs. Why am i paying u rent?! If u cant maintain a complex!"

"My partner shared a 1 star review about a year ago when we left, and they deleted it!! So let me share again. Do not live here. If you have an awful neighbor they will not kick them out. We lived 24 months being woken up at 3 am almost a daily basis called the cops and management begging for help. This violates their noise laws. Nothing was ever done. There is a serious mold problem that they paint over and we got a “Newley Redon” unit. It was growing from the ceiling turning it to mush. The pool is disgusting and they give no warning when hot water is turned off."

"This apartment complex was great in the beginning but after a year of living here I’ve experienced almost monthly hot water outages, bats in my actual apartment and in the building as well as squirrels living in the crawl space above my bedroom ceiling. Maintenance is responsive, but does not always fix everything. I specifically chose Liberty Square for the fact the front doors of the building lock, and my building has had its front door unlocked for months."
