"I was working here recently as a maintenance man; just got hired and 3weeks later they let me go because of “not making enough money”. For what’s it’s worth, the Apts are nice, but if your ever looking to work for them as a accountant or in maintenance, NEVER look here. Period."

"I lived at SB for 18 months and absolutely loved it there! Apartment was spacious, updated, quiet, and clean! Amenities were great and clean! I frequented the gym and the pool. Leasing office staff and maintenance guys were awesome, friendly, and on top of all requests or issues that arose. Grounds were kept clean and quiet! Rent was reasonably priced for all that is offered! Pre-COVID, there were many fun mingling activities offered to residents. Location is ideal too. Located close to many stores and the highways. No issues or unannounced fees upon vacating the apartment. Not a single complaint about SB! Only reason I moved was because I moved out of state for a new job! Thanks again SB!"

"This is a very nice little community and the apartments are open and clean. The office staff are always respectful and friendly, and happy to help. The fitness center and pool are nice as well. My only issue was noise. The walls are pretty thin and I remember my neighbor would blast his bass even after multiple requests to turn it down. My apartment also faced the highway, which is a constant source of noise from traffic. Overall I did enjoy my time here, but it was not somewhere I could stay long term."
