"DON'T RENT HERE. I am a current tenant that will be moving this year after a 5 year stay. Drug infested, 2 over-worked handymen. The water main breaks every couple of months, leaving you without water for several days. If it snows you are on your own and if you can't find a parking spot you are getting plowed in. Police raid almost once a week. During the spring and summer months bad ass kids from Heritage Park come and trash the buildings. Washers and dryers never work and you have to wait 3-4 weeks for a $1.75 refund. The only plus is location. Mid-Atlantic can careless about there tenants."
