"Yesterday I had a 90 minute massage. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile, but once checked in, she turned to the person next to her (who hadn't said a word the whole time) and said "Here you go!". This other person, who I assumed was the massage therapist, never introduced herself. At all. Instead, she led me back to the treatment room. Not once did she ask if I needed to use the restroom on our way back. Once in the treatment room, she beelined for the farthest corner, and with her back turned toward me, asked if there were any areas I want to have focus on. I started to tell her the areas, and before I could finish she cut me off and said "so, basically everywhere..." I said yes, and before I could tell her more, or even ask any questions of my own, she was walking out the door and telling me over her shoulder to get undressed. Once the actual hands on session began, it progressively got worse. The session was choppy, with no flow from one area of the body to the next. Her pressure was nonexistent and there were times that I could even feel her touch. The techniques she was using weren't effective at all and felt like she was just gliding the tips of her fingers along the surface of my skin - she was not manipulating the muscle tissue at all. She spent most of the 90 minutes on my back (not one of the areas I had indicated) and the areas that I had asked for focus, she spent 30 seconds giving whatever rapid-fire BS that was. On top of all of that, she used an exorbitant amount of massage creme, even go far as to put some in my hair when she did a scalp massage (completely unnecessary). When I had booked the session, I had requested a blend of Swedish and Deep Tissue. This session was couldn't even be considered Swedish massage. It was hands down, the absolute WORST MASSAGE I have ever received. At the very least I should have been able to relax, but I could not even close my eyes for the session. Because of that, I saw that SHE SAT 90% OF THE TIME she "worked" on me. As a professional Licensed Massage Therapist, I am appalled at the lack of customer service, the lack of listening, and the sheer audacity of providing a massage that is so far below the bare minimum. I could never in good conscious, provide that bare minimum experience and be satisfied that I had done a good job. It was awful. Just awful."
"My daughters love this place. The staff, the decor, the cleanliness. Where else would you rather go? The owner are great. My daughter needed a hair cut same day for a special event and they fit her in last min. Thank You"
"I went in today my first visit to get nails and hair cut. Everyone was pleasant and nice. Sammy was nice and did a good job on my nails. Robin was amazing and did a wonderful job on my hair. My only major complaint was how the heck do you tip?? I’m more than willing and happy to but like 99 percent of people I do not carry cash. I was expecting like 99 percent of salons and spas that when I checked out I would be able to add on a tip. Nope. No where was I able to add a tip to my receipt. I was never told how to. My bad for not asking yet! I shouldn’t have to ask how to tip since 99 percent of people are more than willing and happy too and it is expected. Poor customer service in that regard to not only customers but your employees."
