"Where are you getting these God awful office managers from. They are rude very unprofessional they have a way of making you feel beneath them. I am a disabled resident and I never have felt so disrespected. She has made up things on me. I have been accused I things that didn't happen and she has said resident are complaining that I have other people living in my apartment. I have been harassed since I moved here. Its getting to the point that I rather be homeless than live here. I feel I'm being harassed because I am in the 811 program. The rental manager keep specifying that to me I feel I'm being treated like a second class citizen living here. And they really treat you bad if you complain about something and someone calls them. I am stressed out. Because of this. I don't want to talk to anyone from the rental office. I need to speak to someone from the corporate office."
"The rental manager was very rude. When I move$ in all appliances are terrible looking. All need to be replaced. I want to know is this a non smoking property. I don't see any no smoking signs. I was made to pay a gas bill that wasn't mine."
"Don't move here. They will do everything in their power to give you the least amount of your deposit back. I was told by two of the workers how my apartment was the most nicest, clean and well kept apartment they have seen yet I still haven't gotten my deposit back. I ended my lease November 2016 it is now June 2017 and they have made so many excuses my next step will be calling corporate."
"Just moved in a little over a week ago and we love our apartment! Almost everything brand new! Neighbors seem friendly. Tee at the leasing office is the best! She was very courteous and accommodating, even taking time out of her busy schedule to come over and make sure we were getting settled in nicely. We definitely like her fair but no-nonsense approach towards making sure all tenants follow the rules and regulations. Maintenance (Frank) was quick to respond to and resolve a couple of very minor issues we had, which we appreciate. Overall, we are very satisfied with Clearfield's management and look forward to many, many years of a very amiable landlord/tenant relationship."
