"The snow removal team did an amazing job removing the snow and keeping the side walks, hallways and entrance snow free. Also, snow was removed promptly from parking spaces. So diligent. Fallen trees and branches were also removed. Truly appreciate Terri Allen and team for email alerts regarding snow removal. Wonderful job. Very family and senior oriented community. Scale of 1-10. Score is 20."

"I really like the appearance it’s always clean the management does a great job with the landscaping. Management also does a good job with maintenance response timing. My only complaint is how high the rent goes every year.. I think when residents renew it should be a better thank you package, they do offer your rugs cleaned once a year with a renewal but that’s it. It would be nice a paint job or new fixtures after a certain amount of renewals, management should thank you a bit better for choosing to stay with them!"

"I have just recently moved here. Everything was great till bug issue. I have called the maintenance office and I was told they have scheduled a treatment today. I had covered and packed all my dresses, clothes along with other stuff . Made all preparations so they can do their job. They either lying to me that they have come for treatment or problem is more serious than I thought. This picture is taken after the treatment team left. These houses have serious roaches problem. Think twice before you move."

"St. Andrews is a nice community to live. My family and I have been living here for two years now. The grounds are always well kept. We have great amenities, such as tennis courts, playgrounds, a nice swimming pool in the summer as well as food and ice cream trucks that frequent the property. Also last year security was tightened with the county police driving through the premises, along with additional security cameras placed around the property. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.They will respond to any questions or concerns you have. The maintenance team is also very responsive. I will say that the rents are on the higher end here, but Reynold makes sure to keep the community upkeep and secure unlike some other apartments we initially visited before choosing to live here at St. Andrews. Overall, my family is at peace living here until the housing market becomes favorable again. Meanwhile St. Andrews will continue to be our home."
