"Had a event was going to stopped here for lashes they came out so thin I asked for full..they still came out thin ..plus charged me extra for nothing ..**DON'T RECOMMEND **...Not about the price it's about customer service don't tell customers one price then change it after they get the service. "I have been going to this nail shop for over 2 years. As of lately they don't guarantee there work if your nail breaks with in a week of getting them done they charge you to fix their error, prices aren't consistent, the last straw for me was I just got my leshes done Tuesday and they have fallen off and I was told that won't fix them without a full payment. I been a long time loyal, paying, tipping customer and this is the thanks I get!"

"Clean and nice atmosphere, however disappointed in the service. I wasn’t planning on saying anything originally, but both of my nails cracked/broke this week and that left me feeling upset. When I came in, I was serviced immediately which was very nice. However, I had a teenager who was in training try to drill the color off my nails and continuously nicked and burned me for 10 mins without anyone stepping in to help. I was also a little disappointed furthermore when they didn’t clip my nails during the pedicure, and only applied such a light layer of powder for my dip manicure that they are completely transparent."
