Supercuts

"My great grandsons are staying with me this week & desperately needed a haircut. We had a bad experience with a shop near us in Newark so we decided to try Supercuts in Bear , Delaware. Not only did the stylist, Shanera, give them excellent haircuts, that looked like super stars. The younger one, Joseph. didn’t want a haircut he actually left there smiling. We will definitely visit again & see Shanera for our styling needs! Kudos to Shanera!"

"Had a similar experience where booking an appointment meant absolutely nothing. The problem is that there is only ONE stylist in the entire place, so it's to no fault of the employee. No business should have a sole associate manning a store. Fix your business model."

"Just wasted my time. I scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, but waited for over an hour, and they, for no apparent reason, were serving walk-in clients right in front of me. In the end, after an hour of waiting, I had no choice but to leave, as it was simply a disregard for their customers!"

"Leshia did my hair, Nov 8th. Very impressed by the care taken to mix a color when the one she wanted was not in supply. It wasn't what I expected but it is still great. Hair cut very professional. Will ask for her again. CAROLE L."

"The employees are pretty skilled and descent. The only problem I found is, appointments aren't treated as appointments. Even if you make an appointment and go on time, they might have accepted a walk-in just before you and you might have to wait for 30 odd mins for no reason. This is unfair for the people who make appointments and want to be done on time. So, please go with enough time in your hands."
