"To be fair, I have been a returning customer for over a year but unfortunately will be my last time I book an appointment. Unfortunately there was not clear directions, or fairness in a new policy the owner has put in place. As a business owner myself, I would personally recommend when putting a new policy into place, that should go into effect to future appointments booked there after. From a prior appointment, I was not only pushed back an extra 15 minutes without communication stating that there would be a delay, but there was not enough decency for the owner to 1. apologize for the delay or 2. hold her own self accountable for the late policy that she swears by. Loved her work, but you should not add to your schedule “speed waxes” if they are “squeeze ins”. Money hungry."

"BY FAR NOT THE CLEANEST. Typically my wax center in Philadelphia uses disposable paper and clean/disinfectant between people. Not here! They cleaned with a spray bottle that looked like a winded bottle shocked and appalled. Do not recommend"

"Jasmine was honestly truly amazing. My service was so amazing! I have a very low pain tolerance and it did not hurt at all. My hair was completely gone with NO irritation. It’s been over 8 weeks and my hair has grown back very lightly. I am Hispanic so my hair follicles are usually very thick and dark but I’m truly happy with my service over all. She was set up on time for me and joyful that I was there. Her energy was beautiful and I felt so welcomed. I wasn’t embarrassed at all to show her my body and she was so knowledgeable at all times. She was so DETAILED WITH THE SERVICE! Even my boyfriend commented like wow it looks so good! I do have folliculitis and I had no BREAKOUTS! I can even say some of my hyper pigmentation lifted as I use the products she recommended and gave me information on for after care. The after feed back was so nice to learn and I felt so catered to ! I booked my membership, and honestly so should you. Service was so AMAZING... I will never go anywhere else, this is my new home!"

"I’ve been getting my waxes done by the owner of Waxt Beauty Bar for over a year now. I haven’t experienced not one issue with her, she’s very understanding and kind to her clients. She makes sure her clients feel safe and relaxed while in her chair. She also provides information for before and after care to better help with personal issues you have with your skin after your wax. I will always recommend going to her she’s very professional and the best at what she does! 10/10 recommend booking with this lovely lady!"
