But Miss Danielle was so professional and patient with me, she completely transformed my entire life. She gave me a look a didn’t know I could pull off. I am extremely grateful for her work. I 100% recommend anyone with Danielle she knows what she’s doing, she’s AMAZING! She will be the only person I trust my hair with! Like the way she put a smile on me is an experience! "Came here super excited cos i’m from Canada and we don’t have an ulta! I had a list of things I wanted to get and unfortunately i was only able to find 3 out of the 7 items. There were a bunch of boxes of shipment out infront of the brands and I wasn’t gonna go digging in them lol. The cashier signed me up and i was supposed to get a Juvia’s place GWP but they ran out so the cashier gave me another GWP instead so i appreciated that. Hygiene stations could also be more cleaner with other disposable options."

"Today Nikki did my blowout & every day makeup application. I cannot say enough good things about my experience! The consultation was very thorough and my expectations were exceeded. My hair was soft and voluminous. My makeup looked amazing as well. I will definitely be back & recommend her to anyone!"

"I was in ulta looking for an employee to get me a perfume for over 15 minutes, when I was finally able to talk to one and she rushed away but said she’ll send someone over. At around 7:40 PM, I finally gave up on waiting and decided to just make an online order for pickup. The employee who had said she’ll send someone finally came back as I was already leaving so I let her know I ordered for pick up and I’ll be back for it when it’s ready. I come back at 9:05 PM because by this point I haven’t gotten any notice for pick up and as I’m waiting outside in the car I can see they’re closing up. When I walk to the door there’s still a shopper in the store checking out and the same employee who I spoke to before at the door. I ask if I can just get my pickup order considering I paid online already and she tells me no to pick it up tomorrow. As if they didn’t waste my time already now while I was in the store, I have to drive out 40 min back to this ulta. The only reason I waited so long in the beginning is because they had all their employees working the registers and they couldn’t handle a line of 4. The workers here seem incompetent and lack basic customer service."

"I love Ulta and this location for several reasons, but the main reason is because it’s NOT in the mall. It’s way more convenient going here instead of dealing with going into the mall and dealing with a bunch of teenagers and window shoppers. This location generally has what I’m looking for, but I use the order and pick up in store option pretty often since their customer service (on the sales floor) is basically nonexistent. My recent trip there, there was a sign on the door that said they were closed and would reopen at 2:00 pm. Must be a staffing issue because to close during lunch is a huge retail mistake that they can apparently afford to make."
