"I’ve been going to Dirty Apples for about two years now and I absolutely love them! Shelia is my stylist and does a great job! She listens to what I want to do with my hair and makes suggestions if needed! My wife and daughters see Ryan and he does a great job with their hair always listening to what they want! Emily is great to she always helpful when we have questions or need to make changes! We love it there and wouldn’t change anything! "This happened back in 2019, originally posted review lost, so reposting… Owner did not give me the haircut I specifically asked for, cut it unevenly (longer in back, and a weird chunk with a long point near back on right side longer than the rest, all called out by another stylist elsewhere afterward), but at the time offered for me to call in anytime if I wasn't satisfied with anything for a fix. When I did, waited a week, with no call back from salon at all, so I guess they don't stand by their word? Also extremely hard to get someone on the phone, and would be hard to even get in for a fix in a timely manner if they did stand by their word because of how tightly booked they are. I waited three weeks for a disappointing experience. Cost ($40 + tip), plus wait time not worth it in the end. Really wanted to like, but was a no for me in the end."
