"Very friendly staff, clean and organized store. The wig section was big, had nice options, and had various price points to fit any budget. The only downside right now is that wigs cannot be tried on...but it is due to health concerns for customers...so thanks for the safety aspect but it would be helpful to try on the wigs before purchase. (Maybe to reduce the risk, there should be a 3 wig try-on limit with a purchase of a disposable wig cap, and only direct assistance from staff?) But overall, a great experience and if I lived nearby I would definitely be a frequent shopper to their establishment and refer others to shop there!"

"The store has a lot of products. Visited three times and the cashiers were very nice. The black girls are nice and very helpful. I had one bad experience with the male employee but it was probably due to my indecisiveness. I was looking for curly human hair but they were high up and I couldn’t see the price so I uncomfortably paced. I took a picture and zoomed in to see the price. It was extremely expensive for a pack. I couldn’t decide so I wandered while thinking it over. The male employee started following me. After awhile, I left."

"I am very indecisive when it comes to my hair or hairstyles.I have had a few friends,family members and co-workers who recommended Middletown beauty supply and their employee name Dee. So I decided to go. When I got to the store I was greeted by the cashiers and as I looked around a young lady approached me and ask hello do you need help with anything or are you just looking.I told her I was just looking around and she said ok I'll be right over here if you do need help. A few minutes go by and I asked her for help and she said ok how may I help you. I explained I was interested in boho knotless and she asked me what length,color and size I wanted and if I wanted human or synthetic hair then explained the difference in both and also told me how to maintain the hairstyle. She was soooo helpful and well knowledge of hair and hairstyles.I asked her for her name and to my surprise she said her name is Dee. That was the best customer service I have ever had. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEE. Ask for Dee she is the best"
