"Wish I could give 0 stars. I visited this salon yesterday with stylist Agata. She didn’t care to ask what hair style or cut I wanted, instantly started shaming me for not having a haircut for 2 years and having a long hair. Just a trim costed me $85. She didn’t handle my hair with care while blow drying and had a headache after going home due to rough handling. She didn’t care to even style my hair after haircut. Very rough handling. I really don’t know how she is a level 4 stylist. I don’t recommend going there for the money they cost. I didn’t find staff friendly."

"I ended up here after a recommendation from an acquaintance. I brought photos of the hair color I wanted. I was looking for a shade darker and no gold hues. I ended up with color that has lots of blonde highlights and appears no darker. The hair cut I got was fine. We definitely had a breakdown in communication. I’m not an expert on color swatches. Showing me a color chart means nothing. I brought my own photo as a guide. I’d be willing to give this place another try but there are other issues. First of all the prices are astronomical. I’ve always gone to high end shops( Currie, Beauty Bar by Siako, Perry Anthony, Trilogy) but this is just on another level. $325 BEFORE the tip! Then, the stylist I saw was definitely a smoker. I was not aware of that when I booked with her and who would think to ask? The smell from her clothes was overpowering and did nothing for the salon experience but make me want to leave as quick as I could. It’s not a place I can go back to."

"My experience at this " Salon " was a True Nightmare !! As soon as I walked in I saw Hair All over the floor, the chairs, the sinks. Which the girl blew off with a hair dryer for me to sit down. I was there to have my hair colored some shade of auburn .....instead I have dark brown at my roots and non matching color throughout the rest of my hair. Not to mention the fact that I also came in with color swatches to show what I wanted. I explained to them that I have a sensitive head and that I didn't want my hair brushed by them and that I would brush my hair myself as I have extremely long hair. They allowed me to do so. This was supposed to be for an up coming Wedding in 3 days. That was the ONLY reason I didn't turn around and walk out. They also knew that I Did Not want my hair blown out and that I would be leaving with my hair wet. By the time I got over to the sinks to have the rest of my hair dyed I could feel this girl man handling my hair and I knew right away this wasn't going to be good. Long story short I left with my hair tangled in knots like a rats nest. I called from the outside of the place to talk to the owner ....He had left for the day. I told the person who answered the phone what was going on. She tells me she will have the owner call be back tomorrow, but it won't be until the end of the day. ( Really lady I have a Wedding I Am Supposed to be In in 3 days ) what a joke ! I asked to talk to the owners daughter. I was told she was with a client. I'm still out front and decide to go back in to show these people my hair. The lady starts smiling like she is laughing at me. The other girl just kept looking over and smiling like she was laughing as well. The owners daughter comes out says goodbye to her client and Never even asked me what was going on. She just smiled and walked away. Mind you I'M standing there with Wet Tangled hair, Obviously Seriously Upset about the outcome of my hair !! All they did was make up excuses and say it will be all right. Not a word about fixing my hair and or a refund. I didn't see any professionalism at all !! I saw immature people that didn't know how to handle the situation."

"I have been going with Robyn at Salon By Dominic for more than a year now and I love her service. She is very attentive and easy to get along with. She also makes notes about your style and what she did to you in last appointments so that you can keep things consistent. However she is also great at changing things up when you ask her to do so. I have had three different hair styles during my time I have been visiting this establishment. I would really recommend anyone looking for a haircut to go to Salon by Dominic and ask for Robyn."
