"My grandmother was way overdue for a pedicure and the gentlemen that did them did a horrible job and kept on scoffing at how my grandmothers toes looked and didn’t respect that we barely have time to get our toes done with our busy schedule. Plus we had to wait 20 minutes just for them to clean the station and had something wrong every time they fixed something. And they were always looking at me to see what she wants and I told them it’s her pedicure so it’s whatever she wants not mine in the most respectful way possible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here to just get terrible service."

"Went there for the first time last weekend. The first lady by the register was extremely rude. They charge extra for everything and their overall attitude is that they are doing YOU a favor by doing your nails. My daughter’s nail broke within hours of us leaving. We won’t be returning. Ever. I’d suggest Easton if you want to find a decent nail place that believes in customer service."
