Great Clips

"Bro they legit are bad. Sometimes they will do good, but the other times you would rather just be bald. So baddddd......."

"I have been using great clips for quite a long time. I have come to this store, specifically, multiple times before. One of the main benefits of being a great clips customer is the online checking-in feature since it saves us time. Today, between 11 and 12, we checked in online, as always, and the waiting time was 35 minutes. We finished other things, then we received a text message telling us the remaining waiting time was 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, we went to the store, and we were informed that the waiting time would be from 3 to 11 minutes. So, we decided to wait. We spent more than 20 minutes, and our turn didn’t come! People were coming after us and getting served before us, which was annoying. So, we decided to go to another store. For all the great clips stores we have been in before, there is a screen that shows the people ordering in the line. One of the sketchy things we encountered was that the screen was off! So, no way we can know our order in the line. Update (December 1, 2023): I have sent an email after seeing great clips reply to my review, but until now, I haven’t heard from them. They didn’t even confirm receiving the complaint!"

"I called to see if they had walk in availability was told it was a 12 minute wait. I thought to myself perfect. It takes me about 12 minutes to get there upon arrival. I was told they are no longer accepting walk it's do not go to the Store!!!They do not care about your time."

"We checked online as usual with all great clips locations. Their monitor is off, we waited longer than the 15 minute wait message. They were not following check in order we waited an extra 20 minutes and left the location."

"It's such a pleasure going to Great clips especially at the Suburban plaza location. Danielle is my hair stylist and she is absolutely wonderful she knows what she's doing it comes up perfect every time that I don't even have to look through the mirror to see the back of my cut.. so I thank her very much"
