"Got a Covid Vaccine by a very cold/curt pharmacist. When I returned home I received the confusing and erroneous message that my appointment had been canceled (after my actual vaccine!?!). Trying to clear up the confusion and to make sure there was no irregularity about the vaccine or dose, I’ve been put on hold to the pharmacy for one hour two different times. Still haven’t gotten through. I’m pessimistic that my vaccination will be recorded. Was she incompetent or just overworked?"
"Horrible place. Almost never pick up a prescription without some kind of problem where I have to come back. Even when they text me that the prescription is ready, and then I go there and it's not. Hate this place. I'm going to go to another pharmacy."
"This is a very unorganized and dirty CVS. My script is never ready when I get there even though they sent me a text. They either can’t find it or it’s not ready. I have never waited less than 15 minutes. This is by far the worse CVS"
"Badly stocked and shabby appearance. In the pharmacy, pharmacist Danny Yang fraudulently tries to usurp Dr's place in the patient's medical treatment. He told my Dr of 27 years: "we will fill the script this time, but next time, he will get what WE want him to have." He açcused my Dr of pill pushing, arbitrarily increasing my dosage. Mr Yang ignored the fact that I had been in Presbyterian hospital for many weeks, then spent 13 months in a rehab setting. The break in prescribing dates should have been a clue. The "arbitrary" increase was by the hospital and rehab as my condition had worsened through surgery, a harmful lack of physical therapy and being forced to lie in a hospital bed while I recovered. My doctor wás CONTINUING the treatment I received in the medical facilities which was medically necessary. In addition, CVS suddenly started giving me a hard time over delivery of medications after I had been delivered meds numerous times before with no problems. I had enough. After 27 years of CVS servicing my medication needs, I switched pharmacies. Pharmacist Danny Yang is NOT a medical doctor. PERIOD! This, in my humble opinion, is FRAUD."
"PROVIDERS BEWARE! Totally a place to NOT visit, I call in prescriptions or much less refer patients. The staff is totally rude on the phone, without manners and with a completely inappropriate vocabulary to address PROVIDERS. The incompetence on the part of the people answering the phone is unheard of. The person who answered the phone is supposed to be the MANAGERS of the pharmacy and without letting me explain the requirements on the part of the patient, she, they closed the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would."
