"Will never be bringing my pup back here. Each time he has boarded here I have picked him up with a new ailment, this time it was bad scabs on his nose from being neglected in a kennel, so i’m not sure exactly what service I was paying for. Will never be back."

"My puppy (now a year old) has been to Han Dover (gotta love the name!) several times in the 7 months I've had him. I was unable to attend their open house, so I haven't seen the "inside" of the facility. However, all interactions with the staff have been positive. They appear quite caring and answer any and all of my questions. The services offered are amazing! We've had toy and puzzle time, and I truly appreciate getting the photos of my dog when I'm away."

"Our two dogs ( 9yo and 1yo) had not only never been boarded but had never socialized with other dogs. Our dogs just stayed for a week at HDYR and came back the happiest, best smelling freshly bathed pups! The staff carefully introduced our younger pup to the other dogs and daily play group became his routine! We were able to see pictures of all the fun they had during their stay and they even made us canvas paintings to bring home as a keepsake! Our older dog is set in her ways and doesn’t get around quite as well but she got equally loved by the staff and private play time with her brother. Would highly highly recommend- if you want a caring staff who will love your pups in your absence and keep them safe and thriving while you have to be elsewhere, Han Dover your Rover is the best. We are so very thankful!"
